Verlässt das HausOllama erhebt Angaben über die Nutzung, etwa die Programmversion und die Zahl der Anfragen. Der Inhalt ist nicht dabei, die Tatsache der Nutzung schon. Wer das nicht will, muss den Netzzugang des Programms sperren.

Beide Programme erheben Nutzungsdaten, nur an verschiedenen Stellen. Wer das ausschließen will, muss den Netzzugang sperren, bei beiden.

Kommt auf die Einstellung anDie Inhalte gehen an Microsoft. Wo sie verarbeitet werden, entscheidet der Bereitstellungstyp: bei einer regionalen Bereitstellung die von Ihnen gewählte Region.

Kann die EU verlassenBeim Typ „Global“ dürfen Eingaben und Antworten in jeder Region verarbeitet werden, in der das Modell angeboten wird. Das ist die Voreinstellung vieler Anleitungen und der Punkt, an dem die Zusage „bleibt in der EU“ kippt.

Nutzung zum Training
Kommt auf die Einstellung anMicrosoft schließt aus, dass Ihre Inhalte die Grundmodelle trainieren. Das ist nicht dasselbe wie „niemand liest mit“: schlägt die Missbrauchserkennung an, kann eine Stichprobe Ihrer Eingaben geprüft werden, maschinell und bei Bedarf durch Menschen. Für Bereitstellungen im EWR sitzen diese Personen laut Microsoft im EWR. Eine Befreiung lässt sich beantragen; ob sie in Ihrem Konto aktiv ist, steht nicht auf der Produktseite.
